Konstantin has shot himself. He lies in a coma in hospital. Those close to him gather at his bedside. A story is breaking. The news will force these people to question their culpability in his actions. Inspired by Chekhov’s The Seagull, Konstantin is an exploration of legacy and the dying myth of the great male artist.
This is a work-in-progress showing.
Supported by the Arts Council of Ireland, Once Off productions and ITI. Initial development supported by two Pavillion Theatre Studio Residencies.
